What We Collect

Personal data means any information about an individual from which that person can be identified. It does not include data which cannot be connected to an identifiable individual (anonymous data).

We do not usually expect to collect special categories of personal data (for example, data about your race, health, or political opinions), and we do not collect information about criminal convictions and offenses.

Personal data you provide is apparent from context (contact forms, downloading whitepapers, registering for events, feedback, agreeing to audio/video recording). We may also receive data from social media (e.g., LinkedIn lead forms or engagement) or from your employer if we do business together.

Examples: name, job title, business contact details, company name/address, and product/service preferences (managed in your account if you are a user).

Lawful Basis

We process personal data as needed to perform contractual obligations, to comply with laws/regulations, and under legitimate interests (manage and promote our business/brand, provide and improve services, operate the business). Where required, we rely on your consent for marketing (you may withdraw at any time). If your employer provides your data, we process it to fulfill the relevant contract. We also process data to protect/exercise legal rights, prevent fraud/claims, and comply with applicable law.

We may collect information automatically through cookies, tokens, web beacons, and other automated means. Logged data can include operating system, browser, domain and settings, language, country/time zone, referring page, IP address, pages visited, browsing history, and interaction statistics (email opens, file/form/video views, event registrations, unsubscribe/resubscribe).

Protection of Your Data

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures designed to protect your personal data against loss or accidental, unlawful or unauthorised, alteration, access, disclosure or use.  In order to access our subscription services, you will be required to create an account and provide a username, and a password of your choosing. We use this information to provide / administer your account. You may not share the user name and password with or transfer them to any third party, including other colleagues. We will never ask you for your password/username.

How Long We Keep Information

The time period for which we keep personal data depends on the purpose for which we collected it. In all cases we keep it for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which we collected it. We will then delete the personal data, unless we are legally required to retain it or if we need to retain it in order to comply with our legal obligations (for example, for tax and accounting purposes). Subject to any applicable legal requirements, we typically retain personal data as follows.
